TERMS FOR CONSIGNMENT
Consignments accepted Monday-Friday, 10:00 to 4:00 (no appointment necessary).
Five dollar ($5) annual consignor fee; consignor receives 40% on clothing & household items and 50% on furniture.
Items remain in the store for a period of 60 days. Within that 60 day period, items are marked down in order to move merchandise quickly. After 60 days, the unsold items become the property of Mine & Yours. Some items, such as holiday items, may be discounted earlier.
NOTE: It is the consignor's responsibility to keep track of the 60 days and collect unsold merchandise if donation is not desired; staff will not contact you. Items can be picked up after 45 days.
Should you choose to leave before your consignments have been processed, any items not acceptable for consignment will be held for 24 hours. If these items are not picked up within the 24 hours, they will be donated.
Payment, in cash, is avaliable, after the sale of your items, during store hours.
We want your very best! Please do not be offended by what is not accepted. We base our decisions on past experience in resale.
We strive to take the very best care of your consignments, but theft does occur, we will not be responsible for stolen items. Mine & Yours is not responsible for items damaged due to fire, flood, or natural disasters.
